Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During high demand or new product drops, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier. Most domestic U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Issues

Heavy Metal Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Orders are fulfilled and shipped from fulfillment centers in Europe, with delivery times and costs varying by destination.

Shipping Times
International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on your location and local customs processing times. Please note that these are estimates and delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance.

Duties & Import Taxes
Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer — they are not included in your order total at checkout.

For United Kingdom customers: Orders under £135 will have VAT collected and remitted on your behalf. Orders over £135 may be subject to VAT and customs duties payable upon delivery, collected by the carrier.

We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions about potential charges before placing your order.

Refused Packages
If a package is refused at customs or delivery is declined due to unpaid duties, the order cannot be refunded until the package is returned to our fulfillment center. Return shipping costs will be deducted from any applicable refund.
